If you are here to pay your order day balance, please click the PAY BALANCE tab above and follow the directions. The cards are processed manually during office hours. Once the payment is processed you will receive a receipt at the email address provided on the payment form. This is an SSL secured online submission.
If you are here to order loose patches for a letter jacket that you already have, please follow the steps below.
1. Click on the BROCHURE tab above to browse through our selection of patches. Please take note of the brochure keys as to which patches allow custom lettering, do not allow lettering, come in school colors, comes in the color seen, etc. Once you decide on your patches, please make sure to write down the 'code' found below the patch as you will need that when ordering.
2. Click on the PRICE LIST tab to find the price of patches and any upgrade charges if you are selecting those.
3. Now that you are ready to order your patches, you may do so by choosing one of the following methods:
A. Take advantage of our fast SSL secured online order form to submit your order by clicking the ORDER LOOSE PATCHES tab above. Follow the directions to fill out your order and payment information. Once you submit this, we will receive the request in our office and process the order.
B. Fill out a printed order form that you can find under the PRINTABLE ORDER FORM tab and mail it to us with a check, money order, or credit card information. You may also fax the form to us at 214-594-7191. You may also email it to
C. Call our office during regular office hours M-Th 10am-2pm at 512-863-6559 and one of our assistants will be happy to help you with your order. June-Mid August our office, ours are M-Th 9am-12noon.
